Created by Linda 7 years agoOn June 30th 2016, shortly after Patrick's 50th birthday ( four days to be exact) Patrick left us to go to a better place. A place where he no longer has to endure any of the pain that was an everyday part of his life. Still having such pain as it was Pat still managed to smile and try to bring joy to the lives around him.
